Freight forwarding-Executive/Assistant Manager

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth process for documentation and shipment. Your role will involve monitoring and ensuring compliance with Import/Export laws and regulations of the destination countries. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and organizing records of all export documents for audits and internal references. This includes preparing, verifying, and managing export documentation in accordance with international regulations. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs to facilitate seamless export operations. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of export-related documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc. The ideal candidate for this role would have a background in the freight forwarding industry and possess knowledge in handling automotive parts.
