Position: Freight Broker (Experienced)
We are looking for motivated and skilled Freight Brokers who already have a solid understanding of the logistics industry.
You will be responsible for building relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating freight rates, managing loads, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers.
* Maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
* Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth operations.
* Resolve any issues related to transit, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
* Stay updated with industry trends, fuel prices, and freight market conditions.
