About Us:
Parent Organization AMB Logistic is a logistics company seeking experienced Freight Brokers to join our team. As a Freight Broker, you will play a critical role in connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and organized Freight Brokers to work and manage a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics industry, and the ability to work under their respective Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
- Manage and track shipments from origin to destination
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during transit
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Freshers with good communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the logistics industry and transportation regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Graduate (Undergraduates must have 2 years of minimum experience).
