As a freelance consultant with Flexing It's client, a leading consulting company, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare proposals by conducting thorough research, gathering internal and external data, and writing drafts to support grant requests. Obtain necessary approvals for the proposals. - Identify funding needs and opportunities, and actively participate in strategy meetings. - Ensure timely submission of proposals by setting priorities, target dates for information gathering, drafting, editing, revising, and final submission. - Develop and maintain the grants development calendar for efficient planning. - Communicate proposal strategies and progress to organizational stakeholders, seeking input and signoff from relevant departments. - Assemble and oversee the printing and digital presentation of proposals, including text and graphics for presentations. - Maintain the quality of proposals by creating, updating, and revising proposal templates and support databases.
