Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelancer Bidder with at least 1 year of proven experience in bidding for IT projects on various freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to convert bids into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on IT projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals with competitive pricing.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify project needs and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding for IT projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of IT services including Web & Mobile App Development, SaaS solutions, and Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully winning projects through online bidding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability preferred.
