Computer Science Trainer

You will be responsible for preparing course materials, delivering interactive sessions, assessing student progress, and continuously improving the training content based on learner feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and lab sessions on the specified subjects.
  
• Design and update curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards.
  
• Conduct interactive, hands-on coding sessions and real-world project guidance.
  
• Assess student assignments, projects, and overall progress.
  
• Provide mentorship and doubt-clearing support.
  
• Create tests, quizzes, and evaluation methods to track learning outcomes.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the respective domains.
  
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to varied learner groups – beginners to advanced.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience teaching or working in at least

  3 of the listed subjects

  .
• Strong command of

  Python, DBMS, and DSA

  is a must.
• Experience with

  Mobile Computing, Computer Architecture

  , and

  Blockchain

  is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and learning content.
  
• Comfortable working with diverse groups of students – undergraduates, graduates, or working professionals.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post Graduate and Certification(s) in any of the subjects mentioned.
  
• Experience with LMS platforms, online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  
• Ability to provide training in both English and local languages (if applicable).
