Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and informative soft skill training sessions for participants - Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their soft skills - Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions and make necessary adjustments - Utilize adult learning principles and training methodologies to enhance the learning experience - Manage your time effectively to ensure all training sessions are organized and well-executed Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants - Proven experience in conducting soft skill training sessions - Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies - Ability to provide constructive feedback that helps participants grow - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions - Experience in the corporate training sector would be advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in the local language would be beneficial in effectively communicating with participants Please note that this is a freelance role for Softskill Trainers located across India on a contract basis.
