As an experienced Freelance Commercial Vehicle Sales Trainer, your role will involve delivering structured training to mid and senior-level employees of a leading automotive manufacturing organization. The training is specifically designed for manufacturing company teams and focuses on commercial vehicle sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver structured Commercial Vehicle Sales Training to mid and senior-level employees. - Develop and share training content, case studies, and real-time scenarios related to commercial vehicle markets. - Conduct engaging sessions on sales strategy, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, and product positioning. - Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback or assessments. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in delivering Commercial Vehicle Sales Training for automotive manufacturing companies. - Strong understanding of B2B automotive sales, fleet sales, and commercial vehicle segments. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Ability to customize content based on business needs. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred if you have: - Knowledge of OEM business operations. - Experience in training on product knowledge, sales funnels, and customer engagement strategies. - Prior experience with automotive brands, with a preference for the commercial vehicle segment.
