About the Company:

Onkaara Occult Zone is a leading numerology and occult consultancy offering personalized guidance to clients across India. We specialize in numerology-based consultations, personal growth, and business success solutions. Our telecalling team connects with clients to share insights and services, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to help enhance their communication and conversion skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging weekly online training sessions (2–3 hours) for the telecalling/sales team.
• Train team members on effective communication, sales pitch, and closing techniques.
• Develop customized training materials and mock call exercises.
• Monitor team performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Coach team members on handling objections and building rapport with clients.
• Share best practices to improve call-to-conversion ratio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Telecalling Coach, or Sales Mentor.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in telesales or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Comfortable conducting sessions online (via Zoom/Google Meet).
