Private Residential Project

The villa owner is looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the completion of a large luxury home. The civil structure and plastering are complete; all other finishing works are pending. This is a one-time, independent assignment to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities:

• To review architectural and interior drawings, coordinate with architects/designers, and ensure site execution matches design intent.
• Supervise pending works: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, lighting, and home automation.
• Manage interiors: wardrobes, modular kitchens, veneers, laminates, marble/stone applications, and custom joinery.
• Oversee external finishes: windows, doors, glazing, façade elements, and final paint/texture applications.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth and timely execution.
• Review drawings, resolve site issues, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.
• Track timelines, budgets, and report directly to the owner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven residential construction experience (luxury/high-end villa projects preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge across all departments: civil finishing, MEP services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interiors, wardrobes, kitchens, veneers/laminates, stone/marble works, and windows/doors.
• Ability to review architectural and interior drawings, coordinate with architects/designers, and ensure site execution matches design intent.
• Skilled at working directly with the owner, understanding her vision, and translating it into practical on-site solutions.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple vendors and trades.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Note: This is a freelance, one-time project role hired directly by the villa owner (not a company job).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
