Private Residential Project The villa owner is looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the completion of a large luxury home. The civil structure and plastering are complete; all other finishing works are pending. This is a one-time, independent assignment to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution. Responsibilities: To review architectural and interior drawings, coordinate with architects/designers, and ensure site execution matches design intent. Supervise pending works: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, lighting, and home automation. Manage interiors: wardrobes, modular kitchens, veneers, laminates, marble/stone applications, and custom joinery. Oversee external finishes: windows, doors, glazing, façade elements, and final paint/texture applications. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth and timely execution. Review drawings, resolve site issues, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. Track timelines, budgets, and report directly to the owner. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven residential construction experience (luxury/high-end villa projects preferred). Strong technical knowledge across all departments: civil finishing, MEP services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interiors, wardrobes, kitchens, veneers/laminates, stone/marble works, and windows/doors. Skilled at working directly with the owner, understanding her vision, and translating it into practical on-site solutions.
