Looking for a Freelance Recruiter

We’re a fast-growing FMCG and food processing startup based in Kolkata, and we’re looking for a freelance recruiter/startup talent consultant to help with immediate hiring needs.

Roles to Fill (Urgent, In-Person – Kolkata):

Executive Assistant
Sourcing Manager (raw materials and supplier operations)

Plenty more roles to follow.

We’re looking for someone who:

Understands startup urgency and lean team dynamics
Can independently handle sourcing, shortlisting, and screening coordination
Has experience hiring for FMCG, operations, or food-related sectors
Access to sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHire, or your own network
Can deliver fast, without compromising on quality
