About the Role:

Freelance Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand hiring needs and job specifications
• Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency/freelance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Access to sourcing tools and platforms is a plus
  

Compensation:

• This is a

  commission-based role

• You will earn a commission for each successful placement
• No base salary – earnings are directly tied to performance
• Payment is made upon successful placement and client invoice clearance
