hands-on experience with Amazon Connect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using

  Python

  .
• Integrate with

  Amazon Connect

  (contact flows, attributes, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex).
• Build and manage

  AWS services

  : Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on

  CI/CD pipelines

  (CodePipeline, Jenkins, Git).
• Optimize backend performance and troubleshoot

  AWS Connect call flows

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  cloud security best practices

  .
• Write

  clean, testable, and maintainable Python code

  following industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong

  Python development

  experience.
• Proven expertise with

  Amazon Connect

  (contact flows, Lambda integrations, metrics, Lex preferred).
• Hands-on with

  AWS services

  (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of

  REST APIs and microservice architecture

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  (CodePipeline, Jenkins, Git).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification

  (Developer / Solutions Architect Associate or higher).
• Experience with

  contact center platforms

  or voice-based services.
• Exposure to

  logging and monitoring tools

  (CloudWatch, ELK stack).
