Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading multinational automotive manufacturing company, is looking for an Independent Python Developer/Programmer with strong experience in building machine learning bots and custom AI agents. The focus of this role is to bring automation to core HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and accelerate the development of intelligent solutions across the HR domain. This is a hands-on development role where you will contribute directly to our AI roadmap, collaborate on strategy implementation, and bring innovative, scalable AI tools to life. Key Responsibilities: -Design, build, and deploy machine learning bots and custom AI agents for various HR use cases. -Collaborate closely with the teams to understand process pain points and deliver intelligent automation solutions. -Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in Python, including APIs, automation scripts, and ML pipelines. -Integrate AI models with existing HR systems. -Help identify and implement improvements to current workflows through automation and ML. -Contribute to team planning, architecture decisions, and roadmap development from a technical standpoint. Skills Required At least 8+ years of strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries Experience building bots, intelligent agents, or automation tools Solid understanding of ML model development, from data preparation to deployment Knowledge of API development and system integration. Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data engineering principles Experience working with or automating HR systems and processes Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms especially Azure, is expected Show more Show less
