Freelance Project Manager - Print & Digital

As a Project Manager at Hogarth, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, Print Production Manager, and Sales Program Managers to implement channel campaigns in India. Your role will also involve managing the Print Validation scope and collaborating with Marcom Producers, other Agency functions, and Third Party Vendors to execute channel campaigns effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strong client relationships to gain a clear understanding of Clients Channel partner structure and print vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for channel marketing asset localization and production. - Develop robust internal relationships across various agency departments such as Traffic, Content, Interactive Studio, Print Production, Finance, and Operations. - Showcase exceptional expertise in validating print mechanical usage in each Client Channel Partner stores and manage print material stock efficiently. - Regularly attend status meetings or video conferences, update daily tracker during live projects, and adjust processes based on Producers" requests. - Take ownership of client service basics including creating and updating agendas, timing plans, contact reports, and cost estimates. - Demonstrate proficiency in project delivery by managing client expectations, internal processes, and department involvement effectively. - Effectively communicate project briefs to the studio and print production teams, ensuring the correct creative direction is followed. **Additional Details:** - This is a project-based role for 2-3 months. - Candidates from Delhi NCR will be given preference.
