Freelance Project Manager - Print & Digital

As the Project Manager at Hogarth in India, you will collaborate closely with the Client, Print Production Manager, and Sales Program Managers to execute channel campaigns effectively. Your role will involve managing the Print Validation scope and coordinating with Marcom Producers, other Agency functions, and Third Party Vendors to implement channel campaigns in alignment with the client's requirements. Your key responsibilities will include building strong client relationships to gain insights into the Clients Channel partner structure and print vendors. You will serve as the primary contact for channel marketing asset localization and production. Additionally, you will establish internal relationships across various agency departments such as Traffic, Content, Interactive Studio, Print Production, Finance, and Operations. Demonstrating exceptional expertise in validating print mechanical usage at Client Channel Partner stores, you will also oversee print material stock management. Regular attendance at status meetings and video conferences, updating daily project trackers, and adapting processes based on Producers" requests will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for the basics of client service, including creating agendas, timing plans, contact reports, and cost estimates. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to showcase proficiency in project delivery by managing client expectations, internal processes, and department involvement effectively. Communication of briefs to studio and print production teams to ensure the accurate creative direction is maintained will be crucial to your role. Please note that this is a project-based position for a duration of 2-3 months. Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be given preference for this role.
