About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube.

While the role offers flexibility during the week to work remotely, it is mandatory for the candidate to work on-site at our Delhi office every Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.)
• YouTube Ads
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform changes.
• Work from our Delhi office on Saturdays for team collaboration and reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific dashboards.
• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Delhi office every Saturday.
