Role Summary:

Zoe MedCare is seeking an experienced Freelance Medical Writer to support our expanding portfolio of medical writing projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of regulatory documentation, including Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), CTD modules, and manuscripts based on clinical trial data. Success in this position means delivering high-quality, compliant documents on time, working collaboratively with internal teams, and contributing to the success of drug development programs. As a freelance writer, you’ll play a critical role in helping us meet global regulatory standards and ensure scientific accuracy in all submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scientifically accurate and compliant documents such as CSRs, CTD modules (2.5, 2.7.3, 2.7.4, and clinical trial manuscripts)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical, regulatory, quality) to align on content and project timelines
• Ensure all documents meet ICH guidelines and sponsor-specific templates
• Interpret and present complex clinical data in a clear, concise, and logical manner
• Manage multiple regulatory writing projects and deliverables while adhering to deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of regulatory medical writing experience, especially with CSRs, CTD modules, and manuscripts
• Education: Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy
• Ability to simplify complex data for regulatory audiences
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of ICH guidelines and global regulatory submission processes
• Work Style: Comfortable with freelance/project-based work, able to manage shifting priorities independently
