Freelance IT Recruiter (Remote – USA Hiring Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to support our US-based recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, obtaining the Right to Represent (RTR), and collecting documentation for onboarding.

• Key Responsibilities:Resume Screening:
• Review and evaluate incoming resumes to match job requirements accurately.
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to find qualified candidates.
• Communication & Follow-Up:
• Connect with candidates via phone/email to validate experience, availability, and interest.
• RTR Collection:
• Obtain and maintain the Right to Represent (RTR) from candidates before submission.
• Documentation Management:
• Collect necessary documents such as identification, visa copies, and educational/employment proofs.
• Database Updating:
• Maintain and update candidate records and submission status in recruitment tools/trackers.
• Client Coordination (Optional):
• Coordinate with internal teams or clients for interview schedules and feedback.

• Requirements:Proven experience in US IT recruitment (W2/C2C/1099 models).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and job descriptions.
• Familiarity with US employment terms (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Access to job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) is a plus.
