Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to support our US-based recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, obtaining the Right to Represent (RTR), and collecting documentation for onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Resume Screening: Review and evaluate incoming resumes to match job requirements accurately. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to find qualified candidates. Communication & Follow-Up: Connect with candidates via phone/email to validate experience, availability, and interest. RTR Collection: Obtain and maintain the Right to Represent (RTR) from candidates before submission. Documentation Management: Collect necessary documents such as identification, visa copies, and educational/employment proofs. Database Updating: Maintain and update candidate records and submission status in recruitment tools/trackers. Client Coordination (Optional): Coordinate with internal teams or clients for interview schedules and feedback. Requirements: Proven experience in US IT recruitment (W2/C2C/1099 models). Strong understanding of technical roles and job descriptions. Familiarity with US employment terms (H1B, GC, USC, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Access to job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) is a plus.
