Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a niche Human Resource Consulting Company, is looking to engage with an Independent Copywriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Human Capital Consulting Assignments
• Conduct competency drafting, KPI drafting, assessment test design.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner.
• Possess/ showcase understanding of HR concepts
• High degree of ownership, initiative and ability to work independently
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Skills Required

• MA Psychology is required.
• 0-2 yrs of experience in HR Consulting or MBA HR with 0-2 years of experience in HR consulting
• Strong academic background
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
