Freelance Hospitality Trainer & Housekeeping Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Hospitality Trainer – Housekeeping Specialist to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions for housekeeping staff in the hospitality industry. This is a project-based assignment, and the trainer will be responsible for enhancing the housekeeping team’s skills, ensuring adherence to hospitality standards, and improving overall service quality. Key Responsibilities: Conduct practical, hands-on training for housekeeping staffs. Train participants on cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, guest service etiquette, and safety protocols. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping teams. Provide live demonstrations on effective room cleaning, bathroom Cleaning, and kitchen cleaning methods. Conduct workshops on time management, inventory handling, waste management, and sustainable housekeeping practices. Ensure staff understands industry best practices and brand-specific housekeeping standards. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and incorporate them into training modules. Requirements: Must be available locally in Vadodara, Gujarat Minimum 5+ years of experience in housekeeping operations & training within hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands. Previous experience in a trainer, supervisor, or housekeeping manager role is preferred. Strong expertise in cleaning protocols, hygiene regulations, and guest service standards. Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions rather than just theoretical lectures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Freelance flexibility – must be available for project-based training as per requirements. Certification in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, or Training & Development is an advantage.
