Freelance Health Relationship Manager (Marketing & Sales)

Position: Health Relationship Manager We are hiring passionate Health Relationship Managers (HRM) on a contract/freelance basis for the initial 3 months. Based on performance and achievement of targets, candidates will be considered for permanent employment with salary + incentives after this period. Key Responsibilities Actively promote and sell Phiawell Care Plans and Phia.care Home Healthcare Services in public marketplaces, local communities, and offline campaigns. Build strong relationships with local businesses, medical shops, gyms, libraries, private and public offices, and other institutions for collaborations and sales opportunities. Counsel, guide, and convince individuals and organizations about the benefits of our affordable care plans. Increase offline visibility of Phiawell and create awareness in the community. Achieve sales targets as set by the company during the probation/contract period. Maintain daily reporting of outreach activities and client acquisitions. Who We Are Looking For Young enthusiasts and professionals with a background in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in healthcare sales is a plus). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable with fieldwork and public interaction. Ability to approach and engage multiple businesses and individuals confidently. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Compensation & Benefits First 3 Months (Contract/Freelance Period): Incentives only (no fixed salary). Attractive incentive structure (shared during onboarding). After 2 Months: Based on performance and achievement of targets, candidates will be considered for permanent employment with fixed salary + incentives.
