Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a freelance graphic designer to support a public awareness and participation initiative focused on the Mula-Mutha river rejuvenation in Pune. Role Overview: The designer will be responsible for developing communication assets that educate and engage citizens across schools, communities, and public spaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and layout of print and display materials: flyers, standees, banners, and wall graphics Translate environmental and civic themes into visually compelling and context-appropriate communication Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders for site-specific adaptations and installations Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets Requirements: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, accessibility, and audience-tailored design Availability for 15 hours of on-site work per week (must be Pune-based) Prior experience in public communication, social impact campaigns, or space branding This is a contractual, project-based role ideal for designers passionate about environmental storytelling, community design, and place-based branding. 📩 To apply or refer, please DM or write to madhura.panse@ecosanservices.org Show more Show less
