Job Title: Freelance Auditor Company: Total Solutions Group (TSG) Location: Kerala Work Location: Remote Job type: Freelance/ Part time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and observant Freelance Auditors to evaluate the quality and performance of our services, customer interactions, and compliance with company standards. The Freelance Auditor will anonymously visit our locations, interact with employees, and document their findings to provide actionable insights for improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform anonymous visits to assigned locations. Evaluate customer service, adherence to company policies, and the overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards. Document observations accurately and thoroughly during visits. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, including strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations. Identify systemic issues and suggest corrective actions. Provide feedback to management based on audit findings. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Students, Housewives, retired professional, currently working professionals, part time worker, college students may apply as this is a part time job Skills: Strong observational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in using audit software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to various locations and that can be selective as per the convenience. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on audit requirements. The role involves working in diverse environments, including retail, hospitality, and service sectors. THE PAYOUT FOR EACH AUDIT WOULD DEPEND ON THE VOLUME AND TYPE OF AUDITS.PAYOUT PER AUDIT STARTS FROM Rs.300 and goes upto Rs1500.
