Job Title: Fraud Operations Specialist - Payment and Non-Payment FraudsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fraud Operations Specialist to join our team in detecting, preventing, and investigating payment and non-payment frauds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud detection, analytics, and risk management. Key Responsibilities *Payment Frauds*1. Monitor and analyze transactions to identify potential payment frauds, such as Cheque Fraud, ACH Fraud , credit card fraud, wire transfer fraud, and online banking fraud.2. Investigate and verify suspicious transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies.4. Stay up-to-date with emerging payment fraud trends and schemes. *Non-Payment Frauds*1. Identify and investigate non-payment frauds, such as identity theft, account takeover, and synthetic identity fraud.2. Analyze customer data and behavior to detect anomalies and potential fraud.3. Work with internal teams to develop and implement controls to prevent non-payment frauds.4. Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support law enforcement actions Requirements1. 3+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk management, or a related field.2. Strong knowledge of payment and non-payment frauds, including trends, schemes, and techniques.3. Experience with fraud detection and prevention systems, such as rules-based systems and machine learning models.4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.6. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.7. Added advantage to have Macro skills Power Bi and Alteryx skills
