Fraud and Risk Management

As a Fraud and Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our banking client by monitoring and verifying customer transactions. Your role will include identifying unusual account activities, contacting customers for validation, and taking timely preventive actions to minimize potential fraud risks. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and review customer transactions to identify suspicious or out-of-pattern activities. - Contact bank customers to verify unusual transactions and take appropriate actions as per standard operating procedures. - Coordinate with internal teams to flag and escalate potential fraudulent cases. - Maintain accurate records of calls, verifications, and case outcomes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and data privacy standards. - Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays (as required). Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment). Preferred Attributes: - Prior internship or exposure to banking operations, customer service, or fraud management (advantageous but not mandatory). - Calm and professional approach while handling customer calls. - High sense of responsibility and integrity in managing sensitive data.
