Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple franchise centers in an EdTech/training institute/franchise business. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and business activities while monitoring compliance with company policies, systems, and processes. Additionally, you will track student enrollment, revenue generation, and center productivity, prepare operational reports, and analyze financial and operational performance of franchisees. - Oversee daily operations of multiple franchise centers - Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and business activities - Monitor compliance with company policies, systems, and processes - Track student enrollment, revenue generation, and center productivity - Prepare and review operational reports, highlighting gaps and improvement areas - Analyze financial and operational performance of franchisees You should possess strong knowledge of operations management in EdTech/training institutes/franchise business, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and a data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting ability.
