Franchise Development & Onboarding

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential franchise partners.
• Support in conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and market analysis for new franchise opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for onboarding new franchisees and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners through regular communication, visits, and feedback mechanisms.
• Act as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees to ensure mutual satisfaction and collaboration.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple franchise relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Willingness to travel as required
