Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Specialist located in Gurugram. The Franchise Specialist will be responsible for managing franchise relationships, supporting franchisees in operational and marketing strategies, monitoring franchise performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Additionally, the specialist will assist with franchisee development, training, and conflict resolution. Qualifications Experience in Franchise Management, Franchise Relations, and Conflict Resolution Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Operational Support, and Performance Monitoring Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
