Franchise Sales Manager-Education

As the Manager Franchise Sales at India Market Entry (IME), you will be responsible for driving expansion by promoting franchise opportunities of SmartyKids, a global network of after-school education centers, specialized in enhancing children's cognitive development through mental arithmetic and other engaging programs. With a mission to be a trusted partner for global education companies aiming to tap into India's growth-driven education landscape, IME is a market leader in strategy and business expansion services for the education sector in India. Your role will involve identifying, targeting, and engaging with potential franchise partners across India, developing and executing a strategic sales pipeline, building strong relationships with educational institutions and early childhood learning centers, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and driving the end-to-end franchise sales cycle. Collaboration with the marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance reporting, are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in the education or edtech sector, with prior experience in franchise sales or business development for K-12/pre-primary brands. A strong network within the early childhood education and school ecosystem, excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as being self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup are essential. Comfort with CRM tools, reporting, and online presentations, along with a proven track record of selling large ticket size and hands-on experience working with CRM, will be advantageous.
