The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential franchise partners. This role involves end-to-end franchise sales—from lead generation and pitching the business model to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
● Identify potential franchise buyers through online research, events, B2B networks, and referrals.
● Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
● Manage inquiries from digital campaigns, franchise portals, and social media.
● Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect’s investment capability, business interest, and market potential.
● Present the franchise model, financials, ROI projections, and operational requirements.
● Share franchise brochures, presentations, and relevant documentation.
● Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
● Address queries on investment, operational support, marketing, and territory rights.
● Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements in alignment with company policies.
● Ensure prospects complete the application process and submit required documents.
● Coordinate with the legal and operations teams during the agreement process.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, proposals, and conversions.
● Work closely with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign outcomes.
● Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
● Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and potential expansion opportunities.
