Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute franchise growth strategies
2. Identify and recruit potential franchisees
3. Provide training and support to franchisees
4. Monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with company standards
5. Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and stakeholders
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in franchise management or business development
2. Strong understanding of real estate industry and franchise operations
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Proven track record of driving business growth and franchise expansion
5. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
