We follow a structured hub-and-spoke model and are actively expanding across multiple cities in India with clearly defined franchise formats and operational support systems. Role Overview The Franchise Engagement Executive will be responsible for engaging with pre-qualified franchise leads, validating their interest and seriousness, and coordinating qualified prospects with the internal franchise development team. This is an office-based role focused on professional conversations, lead qualification, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities - Engage with filtered franchise leads through calls and follow-ups - Cross-check prospect interest, investment readiness, and intent - Provide a high-level overview of iWash Hub franchise models - Maintain accurate lead status, call notes, and follow-up records - Coordinate qualified leads with senior franchise managers - Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication Mandatory Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 2–3 years of calling or lead conversion experience - Strong verbal communication skills - Good command over English and Hindi - Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage - Comfortable working from an office environment - Ability to maintain professionalism in business conversations Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in franchise sales, franchise lead handling, or business expansion - Experience handling high-ticket business opportunities - Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems Skills Required - Excellent communication and listening skills - Professional phone etiquette - Objection handling and interest qualification - Result-oriented and disciplined approach to work What We Offer - Stable office-based role at iWash Hub, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow - Fixed salary with structured incentive plan - Opportunity to work closely with franchise expansion leadership - Career growth in a rapidly scaling franchise brand How to Apply Interested candidates may apply by sharing their updated resume along with a brief summary of their relevant calling or franchise experience.
