As a Fractional CMO at SalesEra, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact marketing strategies for clients in the esports events management and related industries. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with proven expertise in brand growth, digital strategy, audience engagement, and revenue-driven marketing. Working part-time, you will offer strategic direction and execution support to multiple clients. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing growth-oriented marketing strategies tailored to esports and event management businesses, overseeing brand positioning, digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and sponsorships, driving audience engagement, optimizing ROI on marketing initiatives, aligning marketing goals with business objectives, leveraging data analytics and market research to refine strategies, managing content marketing, partnerships, and community-building efforts, and providing strategic leadership to internal marketing teams while facilitating cross-functional collaboration. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in esports, events, or related industries, strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and revenue-driven campaigns, a proven track record in audience acquisition, sponsorship management, and performance marketing, the ability to work flexibly on multiple client projects in a part-time capacity, and excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
