FPNA Lead/AM/Manager

As a Financial Analyst, your role involves analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators, overseeing Budgeting and Financial Forecasting, and providing financial recommendations to support strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing Business Intelligence tools, conducting Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis, and supporting the Senior Management Team with in-depth analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures - Monitor performance indicators and analyze causes of unexpected variance - Develop Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools - Generate Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports - Implement Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports - Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs - Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives - Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management - Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis - Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly preferred - Strong analytical skills and communication skills - Good domain expertise - Flexible to work in shifts - Good understanding of Oracle will be a plus If you are interested in this role, please apply with your updated resume and mention the Job Code: GO/JC/197/2025.
