FP&A Lead

As an FP&A Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in the Planning & Business Finance team. You will be responsible for supporting and leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business decisions and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes - Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights - Generate accurate, insightful, and timely management reports and dashboards - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data and provide financial guidance - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives - Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI for financial modeling, reporting, and visualization Additional Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end ownership of financial cycles across multiple teams or departments - Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and support key decision-making - Lead and enhance reporting automation and analytics using Power BI and other tools - Develop and mentor junior analysts and standardize best practices across the team - Collaborate with legal, operations, and commercial teams to align planning with business objectives Required Skills & Attributes: - Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with Power BI preferred - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work across teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment Job Type: Full-time In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in person at our Noida location.
