Job Description

As the FP&A Head / Vice President of Finance at Aimhire.io, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance functions to ensure the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and internal controls. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance and support business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and growth. Provide financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders. - Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. - Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning. Manage banking relationships and capital structure decisions. - Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. - Implement financial systems, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. - Provide financial due diligence, valuation, and integration strategies for potential acquisitions or partnerships. - Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. - 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Background in Supply chain, retail, or related industry. - Experience in financial planning, risk management, and compliance. - Proven track record in driving financial performance, cost optimization, and profitability. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in working with private equity-backed or publicly traded companies is a plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
