FP&A Analyst II

The main responsibilities of this role include conducting and overseeing product costing analysis to ensure accurate and reliable cost information, managing and optimizing inventory processes for accuracy and efficiency, conducting regular cost audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather cost-related data and insights, developing and implementing cost accounting policies and procedures, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, leading quick turnaround for all product costing requests, acting as a single point of contact for compliance-related audits, and leading inventory updates and physical stock take activities in Oracle. Additionally, the role involves leading plant efficiency analysis by comparing Standard Cost Vs Actual Cost. The ideal candidate for this position should have a CMA - ICWA qualification, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Product Costing, Inventory Management, and Cost Audit within the Manufacturing Industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
