We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis Partner. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Experience in preparing and reviewing Operating Plans, budgets, forecasts, and outlooks. - Generating management reports such as MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, and Variance Analysis with detailed commentary and analysis. - Providing insights into business performance to drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision-making. - Offering objective and analytical insights on the financial impact and soundness of business decisions to senior management. - Monitoring business performance, challenging assumptions, and developing recommendations for improvements. - Engaging in discussions with senior stakeholders on margin improvements, revenue enhancements, and other areas of improvement. - Collaborating cross-functionally to provide insight and financial decision support. - Conducting financial modeling, business case analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects. - Handling the preparation of Pricing, business cases, and commercials, as well as participating in contract discussions with customers on financial aspects. - Managing customer contracts from a commercial standpoint and engaging in commercial discussions with customers. - Contributing innovative thoughts and ideas and driving organization-wide initiatives. - Demonstrating effective leadership skills by training and motivating a large workforce for greater operational efficiency and high-resolution rates. Qualifications we are looking for include: Minimum qualifications: - C.A / CMA/ MBA - Robust analytics experience Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in FP&A Domain - Experience in Finance function - Ability to handle leadership queries and provide quick turnarounds If you are someone who possesses these qualifications and is eager to take on the role of Assistant Manager at Genpact, we encourage you to apply.,
