Founding Sales Lead

As a hands-on sales leader at our fast-growing, AI-native service agencies portfolio, your role is crucial in driving revenue and growth. We are a group of vertical agencies specializing in SEO, websites, content, and search services, all offered as high-margin subscription services. Your primary responsibilities include: - Selling services, retainers, and productized offerings effectively - Building and closing pipeline from cold, warm, and partner leads - Setting up outbound engine with sequences, messaging, and targeting - Managing the entire sales process from discovery to proposals to follow-ups - Tracking pipeline, conversion rates, and optimizing for speed and volume - Building strong relationships with agency founders to support their growth - Demonstrating resourcefulness, energy, and a focus on outcomes To excel in this role, you should have experience selling marketing, design, or SaaS services. Your ability to hustle, close deals, and implement scalable systems will be key to success.
