You will be responsible for turning inbound and outbound leads into revenue. You will work directly with the founder and own Go-To-Market (GTM) and sales strategies across the group. Your responsibilities will include being great at selling services, retainers, and productized offerings, building and closing pipeline across cold, warm, and partner leads, setting up the outbound engine including sequences, messaging, and targeting, handling discovery, objections, proposals, and follow-ups end to end. Additionally, you will be expected to track pipeline, conversion rates, and optimize for velocity and volume, build trust with founders of each agency, and assist them in scaling. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, energetic, and outcome-focused. Ideally, you would be a great fit if you have prior experience in selling marketing, design, or SaaS services.
