Instagram & YouTube Growth Operator

We're looking for a high-agency Instagram and YouTube Operator who can own the growth journey of a few business pages end-to-end.

This role is about strategic execution, not volume, you'll shape each page's narrative, define its tone, and drive its presence from early traction to meaningful scale. You'll work closely with founders or brand leads to translate business intent into compelling social storytelling that builds trust, engagement, and community.

Responsibilities:

You'll craft and execute a focused content and growth strategy - designing narratives, creating or commissioning content in image and video formats, and iterating based on performance insights. You understand the rhythm of each platform, know how to make stories resonate, and thrive in a setup where you're trusted to take initiative and deliver outcomes. This is a role for someone who loves ownership, moves fast, and knows how to build social pages that actually matter.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth mechanics, algorithms, and audience behavior

- Proven ability to craft narratives and build brand voice across varied domains

- Hands-on experience with short-form and long-form content creation (Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, scripting)

- Competence with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)

- Analytical mindset - able to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable insights

- Excellent sense of aesthetics, timing, and storytelling flow

- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability
