Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and presentations for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other presales documentation with precision and clarity.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by articulating the business value of WiJungle’s platform.
  • Represent WiJungle at events, webinars, and partner sessions as a thought leader.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the product team to contribute to continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or solution consulting.
  • Strong understanding of network security and endpoint security domains.
  • Exceptional communication, articulation, and presentation skills — must be extremely presentable in both written and spoken form.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise clients and CXO-level conversations.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and events as needed.
