You will be the bridge between our engineering obsession and the world’s imagination.


What You’ll Own

1. Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Build and own our

    entire digital engine

    : website, SEO, social media, email, and content.
  • Turn every deployment, product, and GTM vertical into a pipeline-driving asset.
  • Grow

    inbound lead generation

    month-on-month through intelligent experiments.


2. Brand Voice & Content

  • Define how we sound, look, and feel.
  • Turn our tech, case studies, and impact into

    LinkedIn gold

    and viral reels.
  • Work with the CEO and BD teams to turn raw stories into crafted, emotional, trust-building content.


3. Website & Performance

  • Make our website not just beautiful, but

    convert like hell

    .
  • Own content, landing pages, speed, and structure with SEO in mind.


4. Campaigns & GTM Support

  • Align tightly with sales teams to craft

    vertical-specific marketing kits

    —from AgriCABs to Cloud Kitchens.
  • Run micro-campaigns, email drips, sector whitepapers, and webinars that

    create real business conversations.


5. Systems, Stack & Metrics

  • Set up lightweight but powerful tools: HubSpot, GA, Hotjar, Canva, Webflow, etc.
  • Measure what matters: traffic, conversion, lead quality, campaign ROI—and adapt fast.


Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who is a natural storyteller with a strong sense of brand, an eye for design, and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives—across digital channels, content, and campaigns.


Experience & Education

  • Experience:

    6+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and brand building—preferably in a startup, tech, D2C, or B2B environment.
  • Bonus:

    Experience marketing category-creating products or working closely with founders/early teams.
  • Education:

    A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field is preferred. However, we value proven work and creativity over formal degrees.
