This is not a follow-the-playbook role youll be helping write it.

What Youll Do:

• Architect and execute innovative GTM and growth strategies from scratch.
• Run rapid experiments across channels to find scalable acquisition models.
• Work hands-on with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
• Build partnerships, outbound campaigns, and referral loops that drive measurable results.
• Own data-driven decision-making track, analyze, and iterate.
• Constantly look for unconventional, high-leverage growth opportunities.

You Should Have:

• Experience in GTM strategy, growth marketing, sales funnels, and/or startup growth hacking.
• A mix of analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
• Hunger to work in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with hybrid mode in Bangalore (some in-person collaboration is essential).
