As a Founding GTM Growth Engineer , youll be at the frontlines of taking Walnut to market driving rapid growth, crafting our go-to-market strategy, and hacking creative ways to acquire, engage, and retain users. This is not a follow-the-playbook role youll be helping write it. What Youll Do: Architect and execute innovative GTM and growth strategies from scratch. Run rapid experiments across channels to find scalable acquisition models. Work hands-on with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth initiatives. Build partnerships, outbound campaigns, and referral loops that drive measurable results. Own data-driven decision-making track, analyze, and iterate. Constantly look for unconventional, high-leverage growth opportunities. You Should Have: Experience in GTM strategy, growth marketing, sales funnels, and/or startup growth hacking. A mix of analytical skills and creative problem-solving. Hunger to work in an early-stage, fast-moving environment. Comfort with hybrid mode in Bangalore (some in-person collaboration is essential).
