Role Description

This is a full-time, in-house role for a Founding AI/Tech Engineer at Edmitry.

• Take ownership of the 

  MVP platform

  , ensuring stability, scalability, and timely delivery.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems (chatbot, recommendation engine, application roadmap generator).
• Manage integrations (payment gateway, scheduling, dashboards, analytics).
• Ensure smooth server operations, uptime, and bug fixes.
• Work closely with the product and design team to improve UI/UX and deploy new features.
• Eventually lead and grow a tech team in-house as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in 

  AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot development

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Python, Node.js, Django/Flask, React (or similar stack)

  .
• Experience with 

  cloud deployment

   (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and APIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership mindset.
• Prior startup or MVP experience is a big plus.
