Digital Marketing & Growth Associate

This is not a typical social media job. We’re looking for someone who can:

✅ Create engaging content

✅ Run paid ads to boost reach

✅ Drive real traffic to our platform

✅ Understand what actually performs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and growing our presence on 

  Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook

   (and more)
• Creating short-form content: Reels, carousels, memes, copywriting, and basic visuals
• Running 

  boosted posts and paid ad campaigns

   to drive real traffic and sign-ups
• Growing targeted student audiences through organic + paid methods
• Collaborating with founders to align content and messaging with platform goals
• Testing + iterating on content formats to see what drives actual conversions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, or performance marketing
• Experience with 

  Meta Ads Manager

   and LinkedIn/Facebook paid campaigns
• Confident using 

  Canva

  , ChatGPT, basic video editing tools, etc.
• Strong copywriting instincts and ability to make content that actually gets people to click
• Bonus if you’ve worked with student communities, EdTech, or Gen Z content
